I adhere to the code of ethics governed by the National Counselling Society of which I am an accredited member.  I also have ongoing supervision with a qualified Supervisor which ensures I work safely and ethically.  I participate in ongoing professional development training, which enhances my knowledge and skills as a counsellor.

I see clients of all ages including children and offer a free first session, which gives you an opportunity to decide if you would like to work with me.  It also enables me to explore what your counselling needs are and develop a care plan with you. 

Each session is your time to talk to me confidentially and devoted totally to you.  It is a brave first step to seek counselling and you will have my undivided attention.

My fees are as follows:

·         Assessment - FREE

·         Individuals - £50 per session

·         Couples - £70 per session

Each session lasts 1 hour.

Duration of counselling - short term & long term.

Concessional & student rates are available and I provide support for student counsellors.
